This Payment Policy explains how payments are handled for orders placed through Zylocraf, operated by 4U SECURITY LLC.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include major credit cards, debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other options supported by Shopify Payments. Availability may depend on customer location, device, browser, and Shopify Payments settings.

2. Checkout Currency

All checkout prices are displayed and processed in USD. Customers should review the order total before completing payment. A bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees when applicable.

3. Payment Authorization and Capture

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. In some cases, Shopify Payments or the card issuer may place a pending authorization before the transaction is fully captured or settled.

4. Payment Security

Payments are processed through secure Shopify checkout and payment providers. We do not store full card numbers or payment authentication credentials on our website.

5. Billing Information

Customers must provide accurate billing information. Orders may be delayed or canceled if billing details cannot be verified, payment is declined, or fraud review is required.

6. Failed or Pending Payments

If payment fails or remains pending, the order may not be processed. Customers may need to contact their bank, card issuer, or payment provider to resolve payment issues.

7. Fraud Review

Orders may be reviewed for fraud prevention and security. We may cancel or refund an order if it appears unauthorized, suspicious, or inconsistent with our order acceptance standards.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments. Bank and card issuer processing times may vary after the refund is submitted.

9. Taxes and Duties

Taxes, duties, or other charges shown at checkout are based on the available store settings and applicable rules. Customers are responsible for reviewing the final amount before payment.
